MANDALA FINANCE MUARA TEWEH https://jurnal.stie-muarateweh.ac.id/index.php/JIMB/article/view/208 <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Muara Teweh. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 80 employees, all of whom were taken as the sample (saturated sampling). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results reveal that organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.535 indicates that 53% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance is organizational culture, as indicated by the highest regression coefficient. The research <br>method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of 38 employees, all of whom were included <br>as the sample (saturated sampling). Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and <br>literature review, and analyzed using job analysis, job evaluation, and wage surveys. The findings <br>indicate that the wage system applied by the cooperative is based on job classification while <br>considering internal equity and external equity principles. Proper wage implementation was proven <br>to enhance employee motivation, discipline, and productivity in achieving work targets. In addition, <br>the provision of bonuses and rewards for employees who exceed targets further strengthened work <br>loyalty and commitment. The research employed a quantitative approach using a census method, where the entire population of 46 employees was taken as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously, communication, organizational culture, and work environment significantly affect employee performance. However, partially, communication and organizational culture do not have a significant effect, while the work environment has a positive and significant impact. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.249 indicates that these three variables explain 24.9% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the work environment. The research method applied is a quantitative approach using a census technique, where all 40 employees were taken as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results reveal that simultaneously, education, training, work environment, and work experience significantly affect employee performance. Partially, education, training, and work environment have a positive and significant effect, while work experience has a negative significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.861 indicates that 86% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the four variables, while the remaining 14% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Training was found to be the most dominant variable influencing employee performance. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The entire population of 71 individuals, consisting of teachers, supervisors, and students, was used as the research sample. The results indicate that the application of management functions, including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, has been carried out but not yet fully optimized. Planning is implemented through short-, medium-, and long-term work programs. Organizing is evident in the division of tasks and responsibilities among teachers and supervisors. The actuating function is carried out through motivation and regular coaching, while controlling is done through performance evaluation of students and supervisors. Challenges encountered include limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of qualified teaching staff, and low student participation in Islamic extracurricular activities.
