<p>This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product, promotion, and distribution on purchasing decisions of Nutricia Nutrinidrink milk in North Barito Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to consumers who purchased Nutricia Nutrinidrink. The results show that price, product, promotion, and distribution simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, price and distribution have significant effects, while product and promotion have positive but smaller effects. Price is the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that the company should pay more attention to competitive pricing strategies, expand distribution, and strengthen digital promotion.</p>Boby Saputra Boby

The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to the sample, the sample used is 40 members. The data analysis technique used is Smart PLS Version 3.2.9. The research results state that promotion has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of East Barito Regency, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of East Barito Regency. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on performance at the East Barito Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee turnover intention at PT. Victor Dua Tiga Mega in Barito Utara Regency. The high level of turnover intention in this company has become a major concern, as it affects the quality and performance of the organization. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach, where data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 33 employees. The analysis results indicate that both workload and work environment have a significant impact, both simultaneously and partially, on turnover intention. Additionally, workload has proven to be the dominant factor influencing employees' intention to leave the organization. These findings are expected to provide insights for management in efforts to improve job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover intention, allowing the company to retain quality human resources.</p>Rae Shita

<p><em>Thisistudyiaimsitoianalyzeithe effect of representativeness and digital marketing on customer satisfaction with information transformation as aimediatingivariable at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Unit Sangaji Muara Teweh. This research employed aiquantitativeiapproachiwithianiexplanatoryiresearch designiandisurveyimethod. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire from 90 respondents who had actively used the BRImo application for at least the last three months. Dataianalysisiwasiconductediusing multiple linear regression and path analysis with SPSS 25. The results show that representativenessihasinoidirectieffect on customer satisfaction when mediated by information transformation, whereas digital marketing has a positive and significant effect both directly and indirectly through information transformation. Information transformation was found to have the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that optimizing digital systems is a key factor in enhancing service experience. This study concludes that strengthening information transformation and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies are crucial to sustainably improving customer satisfaction.</em></p>SofiaDevi Febri Yanti
