PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KECAMATAN TEWEH SELATAN DI KABUPATEN BARITO UTARA

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee on job satisfaction at The South Teweh Sub-District Office in North Barito District. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. Sampling using a census of 30 employees. The hyphoteses are tested using single reression test by SPSS for Windows. The result of the study showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at The South Teweh Sub-District Office in North Barito District.
