Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effects of work stress sources (stressor) namely environmental, organizational, and individual factors, simultaneously and partially on employee work performance, and find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on the work performance of PT. Asuransi employees. From the analytical results it is known that the source of work stress variables which consist of environmental, organizational, and individual factors simultaneously and partially affect the work performance of employees. While organizational stressor variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance.
