Abstract

This study aims to examine: (a) The effect of ability on work performance, (b) The effect of work discipline on work performance, (c) The influence of organizational culture on work performance, (d) The effect of ability on organizational performance (e) The effect of work discipline on work performance. organizational performance (f) the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance and (g) the influence of work performance on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Barito Regency

The population in this study were 88 employees of the Regional Secretariat of East Barito Regency, the data were taken by means of a questionnaire distributed to respondents and tested the instrument through validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed using the PLS version 3.2.7 application.

The results showed: (a) ability has a positive and significant impact on work performance, (b) work discipline has no effect on work performance, (c) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work performance, (d) ability has a positive and significant effect on performance. organization (e) work discipline has no effect on organizational performance (f) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and (g) work performance has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Barito Regency
