Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial and non-financial motivation policies in improving employee work productivity at Alika Farma Pharmacy Muara Teweh. The research method used was descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation, and documentation, involving all 7 employees as the sample. The findings indicate that financial motivation in the form of salaries, wages, and bonuses has not met employee expectations, while non-financial motivation such as work environment, recognition, training, and social security are also not optimal. These conditions lead to low employee productivity, service delays, and decreased job satisfaction. It is recommended that Alika Farma Pharmacy improve financial motivation policies according to wage standards, provide fair rewards, enhance the work environment, and ensure employee social security to increase work productivity.
