Employee performance is a crucial element in determining the success of government organizations. This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, workload, and work environment on employee performance at the Environmental Service of North Barito Regency. The study population comprised 42 Civil Servants, with data collected through questionnaires. Independent variables included education, training, workload, and work environment, while the dependent variable was employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results showed that all four independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially, education, training, workload, and work environment were also proven to have a positive influence on employee performance. Of the four variables, training proved to be the dominant factor that contributed most to improving employee performance. These findings indicate that targeted and continuous training can improve competence and work motivation, thus having implications for improving organizational performance. This study recommends that agencies prioritize quality training programs, manage workloads proportionally, and create a work environment that supports productivity.
