Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Tax Administration Modernization, Work Ethic and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Using quantitative research methods using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 68 respondents of KPP Pratama Muara Teweh employees. The result of the value of the Standardized Coefficients Beta variable Work Motivation is greater than other independent variables, namely 0.445. The test results of the T (Partial) test obtained a value of 3.370 > 1.997 the third hypothesis is acceptable. 

The fcount > ftable of 6.569 > 2.70 is declared significant. Modernization of Tax Administration, Work Ethic and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the variables of Employee Performance. Standardized Coefficients Beta value of Tax Administration Modernization (0.090), Work Ethic (-0.014) and Work Motivation (0.445). Work Motivation contributes to Employee Performance 23.5% and the remaining 76.5%. It was concluded that the result of the coefficient of determination R2 obtained an R Square value of 23.5.
