This research aims to analyze the impact of quality of service and means of service on community satisfaction. The methods used are descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The research data was obtained through the spread of questionnaires to 200 respondents who were residents of Trinsing Village. The results of the analysis showed that the standardized coefficients beta value for variable means of service is greater than other free variables, which is 0.498. T Test shows a value of 2,504 > 1,985, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Furthermore, the results of F test show the value of Fhitung (6,910) > Ftabel (2,504), which means the quality of service and the means of service simultaneously affects the satisfaction of society. Based on beta coefficient results, service quality (0.082) and service facilities (0.498) contributed to community satisfaction of 6.7%, while the remaining 93.3% were influenced by other variables outside of research. Thus, the value of the determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) obtained is 6.7%.
