PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA YANG BERKOMPETENSI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU SDS AL-FALAH SOFIA KABUPATEN BARITO UTARA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of competent human resource management in improving teacher professionalism at Al-Falah Sofia Private Elementary School, North Barito Regency, which has identified several problems. This study used qualitative descriptive research techniques, with data collection through observation, interviews, and recording. Based on the research findings, many teachers at Al-Falah Sofia Private Elementary School in North Barito Regency have not implemented competent human resource management, resulting in a lack of required skills. This study was designed to strengthen pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills at Al-Falah Sofia Private Elementary School in North Barito Regency.
