PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT. BANK BNI CABANG MUARA TEWEH

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact that PT. BNI Bank Muara Teweh Branch employee performance is subject to in relation to financial compensation. Quantitative descriptive research is the methodology utilized in this study. The staff of the PT. BNI Bank Muara Teweh Branch completed questionnaires, which produced the data that was processed. In order to gather responders, unintentional sampling was the method employed. The data analysis method employed in this study is straightforward linear regression. Analysis of the t test results is used to explain the research description in relation to the hypothesis, which indicates that pay has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employee performance will increase in proportion to the financial compensation variable because of the independent variable's favourable influence. The analysis's findings may be explained by pointing out that PT. Bank BNI Muara Teweh Branch's financial remuneration is crucial in boosting worker productivity and helping the business reach its full potential. The research's regression results show that the Bank BNI Muara Teweh Branch rose by 5% (0.05) at Y = 5.064 + 0.614. Based on the findings of the validity test used to determine the significance of the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Muara Teweh Branch, if r-count > r-table, that is, at a significant level of 5% (a = 0.05) and n = 32, r-table = 0.349%, then it is evident that the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha values for variables X = 0.428 and Y = 0.834 yielded r-results of 0.349% for each item.
