The analysis findings showed that the motivation variable had the highest standard beta coefficient among other independent variables, which was 0.610. In the partial T-test test, the Tcal value of 3.130 was greater than the Ttable value of 1.995, so the second hypothesis was accepted. The F test showed a Fcal value of 7.621 which was greater than Ftable 2.74, indicating a significant simultaneous influence of Allowances, Motivation, and Work Environment on employee performance. The standard beta coefficient for Allowance is 0.191, Motivation 0.610, and Work Environment 0.123. Refer to the result of the determination coefficient (R²) 0.521. Motivation and Work Environment played a role in explaining about 52.1% of employee performance variations, while the remaining 47.9% were influenced by other infectors that were not included in the variables studied.
