Abstract

Management, 2023, Marketing Strategy Analysis in Increasing Customer Satisfaction on Ana Rezky's Cellphone in Muara Teweh, Barito Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study aims to determine the analysis of marketing strategies in increasing customer satisfaction on Ana Rezky's cellphone in Muara Teweh, Barito Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province, where it is known that on Ana Rezky's cellphone in Muara Teweh, Barito Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province there are several problems that occur. The type of research in this research is descriptive quantitative research, data analysis techniques using TCR, data collection using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that buyers of Ana Rezky's cellphone in Muara Teweh, Barito Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province, have complained a lot about the existing marketing strategy for Ana Rezky's cellphone, Muara Teweh, Barito Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province. It is hoped that this research can improve marketing strategies at Ana's cellphone. Rezky in Muara Teweh, Barito Utara Regency, South Kalimantan Province.
