ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMIAN DI DESA LIANG BUAH KECAMATAN TEWEH BARU KABUPATEN BARITO UTARA

Abstract

To analyze the management of village fund allocations to improve the economy in Liang Buah Village, Teweh Baru District, North Barito Regency. To identify obstacles and possible measures in managing Village Fund Allocations (ADD) to improve the economy. This research was conducted on 8 village officials, by conducting in-depth interviews, then presenting and concluding the problems. The main objective of ADD management is to improve community welfare but still faces obstacle. Obstacles faced include low understanding of village officials regarding financial management, delays in accountability reporting, low community participation, and less than optimal coordination with local governments. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles require increasing human resource capacity through training, strengthening transparency, and involving the community in every stage of management. Additionally, oversight by local governments needs to be improved, supported by the use of technology such as SISKEUDES to increase accountability. ADD management focus should also be directed towards community economic empowerment programs such as skill training, micro-business support, and local potential development. Cooperation from the village and private governments is an important step to develop breakthroughs that will drive the economic progress of the society without limits.
