This study investigated the effect of Leadership, officials’ founding, management, and reward on nurses’ performance at public district hospital of North Barito. The data was collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple regression. The result showed that leadership, officials’ founding, and reward had significant effect on nurses’ performance at public district hospital of North Barito. Meanwhile, Management has no significant effect. The result of F-test and R-test simultaneously showed Fcount > Ftable (5,831 > 2,57), therefore, all of variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 simultaneously had significant effect as 30,5% on nurses’ performance at public district hospital of North Barito. While the rest as 69,5% effect was given by other variable.
