Abstract

This reserach was conducted to know the effect of organiozation condition  including responsibility, homogenity, group enthusiasm, reward, standard, and organization clarity on the employee performance of Environtmen Department of North Barito Regency.

The result showed that the factors of Organization condition such as responsibility, homogenity, standard, and organization clarity simultaneously have significant effect on the employee performance of Environtmen Department of North Barito Regency as big as 64,8%. Moreover, Standard (X) was the most dominant variable in affecting employee performance (Y)  as big as 34,5 %.
