Determinan Keberhasilan Turnaround Pada Perusahaan Yang Mengalami Financial Distress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, downsizing and free assets on the success of turnaround in companies experiencing financial distress, a study of various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The population of this study were all various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. Sampling using a non-probability method. The sample data in this study were 34 companies in various industrial sectors on the IDX. Data processing is done using the program Eviews by conducting logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant effect on turnaround success, firm size has no effect on turnaround success, downsizing has no effect on turnaround success and free assets have an effect on turnaround success.
