Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mandala Finance Muara Teweh. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 80 employees, all of whom were taken as the sample (saturated sampling). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results reveal that organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.535 indicates that 53% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance is organizational culture, as indicated by the highest regression coefficient. These findings suggest that implementing a strong organizational culture, creating a conducive work environment, and enhancing work motivation can significantly improve employee performance.
