The purpose of this study was to find out how the Quality of Service at the Borneo Multimedia Jaya Computer Store in Muara Teweh during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this study was quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The analytical techniques used in this research are questionnaires, interviews and observations. The research was conducted at the Multimedia Jaya Computer Store in Muara Teweh for 4 months. The result of this research is that the Multimedia Jaya Computer Store in Muara Teweh has not implemented the appropriate service quality, so with this research it is hoped that the Multimedia Jaya Muara Teweh Computer Store can apply the 5 dimensions of service quality that should be, namely, tangible, reliability. insurance. Empathy, Responsive.
