Abstract

The effect of implementing management information systems, performance measurement, and reward systems on administration at Kalawa Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan The purpose of this study is to examine the simultaneous effect of management information systems, performance measurement, and reward systems on administration, to analyze management information systems partially, to analyze the dominant variables between management information systems, performance measurement, and reward systems on administration at Kalawa Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan. The type of research used is quantitative research using questionnaire analysis, interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. During the one-month study at Kalawa Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan, a sample of 83 employees was selected, and the analysis technique used was SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate the simultaneous, partial, and dominant influence of management information systems, performance measurement, and reward systems on administration at Kalawa Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan.
